Valentine’s Day 4-Course Dinner
Experience a Valentine’s Day 4-course dinner at Cowboy Jack’s on Sunday, February 14, 2021, at 6:00 pm with that special someone. The menu is as follows:
Served on a sliced baguette with mozzarella cheese, fresh bruschetta, and a touch of feta cheese, garnished with parmesan and a balsamic glaze.
Strawberry Pecan Salad
Mixed greens and romaine hearts tossed in a light vinaigrette, strawberries, candied pecans, and shaved parmesan cheese.
Sweet Pineapple Salmon with a Bourbon Glaze
Broiled salmon topped with pineapple and brushed with a sweet brown sugar bourbon glaze. Served with lemon mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Pork Chop Smothered in a Mushroom Irish Whiskey Cream Sauce
Boneless pork chop topped with portabella mushroom, onions, and a light Irish whiskey cream sauce. Served with baked apples, cheddar mashed potatoes, and broccoli.
Ribeye and Shrimp
A choice cut of ribeye steak and three sauteed shrimp with a red wine sauce drizzled on top. Served with cheddar mashed potatoes and broccoli.
Decadent Chocolate Bread Pudding
Served with vanilla ice cream and drizzled with caramel and Amaretto.
